In one of the busiest weekends yet - I passed Critical Point 2 on saturday morning which allows me to go solo out of the airport area (after all of the business of meeting Helen Clarke - New Zealand's Prime minister - and Dame Te Ata - the Queen of all Maoris and various other Kiwi dignitaries for friday's opening ceremony for CTC). We then watched the Chief anhialate the Sharks in the super 12 rugby and celebrated with a great night in Hamilton town. Sunday morning we went to the WRC rally of New Zealand and watched some awesome motoring action in 3 speacial stages centred on Raglan. And when the fun of that was over, we went to paradise-like Bridal Veil falls - an amazing 55m high waterfall with a big pool at the bottom that you can swim in - Paul and I braved the freezing cold and went for a dip under the 'fall. Went on to our favourite town - Raglan - for food in our 'usual' and ended the day with a few hours of surf on Raglan beach - what a wicked weekend. Here are some photos! Posted by Hello
